- You add them — you create each participant yourself, then schedule them.
- They apply themselves — you share a link, people apply on their own, and HR schedules the ones they like.
The setup (do this once)
Sign up and create your team
After you sign up, create a team (your workspace). Everything — agents,
templates, candidates — lives inside your team. Invite teammates from
Settings → Members.
Create an agent profile
The agent profile is the interviewer — its personality and what it
grades. See Agent Profiles.
Create an evaluation template
The template is the role or assessment — what the interview is about and
the bar to pass. See Evaluation Templates.
Create an evaluation stage
A stage is one round in the template. Point it at your agent profile.
Add more stages for multi-round flows. See
Evaluation Stages.
Path A — You add the candidate
Add a participant
Create the person you want to interview and attach them to your template.
See Participants.
Schedule the interview
Schedule a session for the participant. The invite email is sent
automatically. See Sessions.
The candidate takes the interview
They click the link in the email and talk to the AI. No install, no login.
Check the feedback
When they finish, you get a scorecard — scores, a recommendation, and a
transcript — within ~2 minutes. Read it in the dashboard, or get it instantly
with Webhooks.
Path B — Candidates apply themselves
Don’t want to add people one by one? Share your template’s apply link. People apply on their own, and HR schedules the good ones.Share the template apply link
Every template has a public apply URL. Share it anywhere — a job post, an
email, your careers page.
Candidates apply automatically
They open the link, verify their email, upload a resume, and become a
participant — no work from you.
Sharing results
Once interviews are done, share scorecards with a hiring manager or client using a link — no login needed on their side.Share one candidate
A single link showing one person’s interview history.
Share many candidates
One link with several candidates side by side, ranked.
