If you source candidates through staffing vendors or recruitment agencies, Vendor management lets each vendor submit candidates for the roles you assign them — and gives you one place to review every submission, see how each candidate scored, and approve or reject them.
Vendor management is an optional module. If you don’t see it in your dashboard, ask your account owner to enable it for your workspace.

How it fits together

You invite a vendor

Add the vendor and share their private login link. No seat or password to manage on your side.

You attach roles

Choose which of your roles the vendor is allowed to submit candidates for.

The vendor submits candidates

From their portal, the vendor adds candidates against the roles you attached.

You review & decide

See each candidate’s scores and interview report, then approve or reject.

Invite a vendor

1

Open Vendor management

Go to Vendor management in your team dashboard and add a vendor.
2

Enter their details

Give the vendor a name and email (phone and a short description are optional).
3

Share the login link

Each vendor gets a private invite link. Copy it and send it to your contact — they open it to reach their own portal. No intervyo.ai account needed on their side.
Managing vendors requires the admin permission (owners and admins). Other members can view the vendor page but can’t invite, attach roles, or approve/reject.

Attach roles to a vendor

A vendor can only submit candidates for the roles you explicitly attach — nothing else in your account is exposed.
1

Open the vendor

Open the vendor’s detail page.
2

Attach a role

Pick one of your active roles to attach. Each attached role shows its number of rounds and how many candidates the vendor has submitted for it.
3

Detach when done

Detach a role at any time to stop the vendor submitting new candidates for it.

Review submitted candidates

Every candidate a vendor submits appears in the Participants list on the vendor’s page, with the signals you need to make a call:

View a candidate’s profile

Click the candidate’s name to open their full participant profile — résumé, history, and every interview they’ve taken.

View interview feedback

In the Report column, choose View to open the interview report: the AI’s written feedback, the per-dimension breakdown, the transcript, and the recording.

Approve or reject

For candidates awaiting a decision, use the Actions column:
Marks the submission approved and moves the candidate forward in your pipeline.
Marks the submission rejected and emails the candidate a standard rejection notice. You can add an optional reason — it’s kept for your records and is never shared with the candidate.
Approve and Reject are available to admins on submissions that are still pending. Once actioned, the row shows the outcome (Approved / Rejected).

Archive a vendor

Archive a vendor to stop them logging in and submitting candidates, without deleting their history. You can restore them later.
